Giving more information in this case, Pimpri Chinchwad city commissioner Shri Krishna Prakash said that the name of the woman arrested in this incident is Sayali alias (Shikha) Kale. The social media’s Tinder and Bumble Dating app exposes the youth and increases the contact by getting acquainted with them. Then they enter the house and add drugs to the food and drink and steal valuables from the house.
In this way she has committed about 16 criminal incidents in Pimpri Chinchwad and all the surrounding area. After which, very cautiously, Crime Branch Unit 4 arrested him on Tuesday.
An investigation by the police revealed that 16 youths were somehow trapped in a love trap. The police appealed that those with whom Sayali had cheated came forward and lodged a complaint. 4 people have lodged a complaint against him. Police have so far collected a total of Rs 15,25,000 worth of stolen goods from the woman by adding gold and valuables. Police are also investigating whether the woman used the dating app to target other people besides the 16 others.
